The 1831 LM-1 Re-marriages

The 1831 LM-1.1

The key pick up points on the LM-1.1 are the top loops of S-1 and S-2 on the reverse.  S-1 will be clear and S-2 will just start to fill.

The 1831 LM-1.2

With the LM-1.2 the top loops of S-1 and S-2 have filled and the top right of T-1 fills.

The 1831 LM-1.3

By this point, the reverse die has deteriorated and large die cracks develop.  A die crack appears atop the scroll and another develops on the top of UNIT.  On very late die states a cud develops above UNIT.  Examples with the cud are quite rare.
